All quotes given are only for a two week period. (Advertised Specials fitted in store only)
All workmanship is guaranteed with a lifetime warranty. Warranty dose not transfer to new owner interstate or overseas.
If there is any rust on the windscreen frame, warranty will be void.
All work will be carried out by a licensed fitter who may have an apprentice.
All personal details including your ip-address* will be kept only to help service the customer and will not be given to any third party.
Calls will be recorded to help with customer service. If you do not want to be recorded please mention when you call.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by the removal and fitting of customers own glass.
No liability will be accepted for paintwork lifting when removing tape or scratched tint when removing glass. Tape must be removed between a 24 and 48 hr period. This allows plenty of time for the windscreen to set in place, and the tape removed without leaving glue.
In the event that CSR Windscreens does damage your car (scratched paintwork….etc), we will fix the damage at a workshop of our choice to Australian standards.
CSR Windscreens does not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused or which arises or may rise as a result of any work performed. Clips and mouldings may break or tear when removed due to age. This is usually covered in the cost of fitting. Some car regulators get damaged when windows are broken. (Do not wind your window up or down after it is broken) Glass gets stuck in the regulator and sometimes damages it permanently. We are more than happy to fix or replace it, but it will cost extra. Glass falling into AC vents can be very dangerous, we take every precaution to avoid it, but cannot be held responsible. We will clean all the glass from your car as a free service, but we are not car-detailers.
Terms of Payment
If your fleet operator or insurer does not pay out the invoice, the Individual booking the job is responsible for the payment in full.
All amounts due under invoices are to be settled in full within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless an alternative time for payment is specified in the invoice.
Interest is payable on demand on all outstanding amounts from the due date for payment at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Any expenses, costs or disbursements we incur in recovering any outstanding monies must be paid by you on demand.
